Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations finance, or FP&A.
• Strong cost accounting, inventory management, and planning processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly forecasts, AOP, and long-range planning for COGS, inventory, and CapEx.
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and operations for financial guidance.
• Own intra-quarter forecast, risks, opportunities, and financial impacts.
• Perform variance analysis and communicate drivers to leadership.
• Analyze inventory and manufacturing costs to improve visibility.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and reporting.
• Prepare executive summaries and decision-support materials for leadership reviews.
• Drive process automation and reporting enhancements using analytics tools.
• Collaborate to ensure internal controls and policy adherence.
• Lead special projects on financial transformation and efficiency.
