Qualifications

• Finance or accounting professional experience.
• Experience with percentage of completion accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting/financial systems.
• Strong communication with international teams.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Drive AI adoption and data-driven initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to govern marketing activities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance marketing proof validation and process effectiveness.
• Lead governance meetings to prioritize deliverables, address escalations, and drive execution.
• Present operational updates, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to leadership.
• Oversee marketing proof accrual tracking and forecasting for financial planning.
• Support financial analysis including spend reviews and reconciliations.
• Lead ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency, standardization, compliance, and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to SOX controls and SLAs.
• Identify risks and opportunities for automation.
