You will model, forecast, and analyze costs across manufacturing, inventory, and CapEx, delivering insights for strategic decisions and performance optimization. You will collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and operations teams, supporting month-end close, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/operations finance or FP&A is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance financial models supporting quarterly forecasts, AOP, and long-range planning for COGS, inventory, and CapEx.
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and operations for financial guidance on strategic initiatives.
• Own intra-quarter forecast and outlook processes with risks and opportunities identified.
• Perform variance analysis of actual results vs forecast, budget, and priors; communicate drivers & recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare executive-level summaries and management reporting; drive automation and analytics improvements.
