Responsibilities

• Analyze past results (weekly and monthly), perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Create financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including report creation, tools, and Excel dashboards.
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve their department's performance.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform budgeting and rolling forecast of department performance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
