Job summary

ANCHOR CONSULTING SDN BHD is seeking a Financial Analyst to prepare accurate financial reports and management dashboards to support strategic decisions. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, and producing BRDs/FRDs and user journeys for process improvements.

You will conduct detailed P&L and revenue analyses, assess pricing strategies, and leverage ERP systems to optimize reporting and efficiency. Collaboration across finance, technology, compliance, and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business finance, or related role.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle Financials, or other ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
• Experience in financial modelling and business performance analysis.
• Prior exposure to payments, fintech, e-wallets, banking, or other regulated financial services environment.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex business needs into actionable requirement.
• Experience supporting proposals, client-facing documentation, or presentation deck preparation is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholder
