Job summary

Responsibilities

Analyze past results (weekly and monthly), perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
Create financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making.
Identify and drive process improvements, including report creation, tools, and Excel dashboards.
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
Work closely with stakeholders to improve their department's performance.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Perform budgeting and rolling forecast of department performance.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
