About the job Senior Manager, FP&A (Retail)

Job Scope:

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for all retail stores, e-commerce operations, and distribution centers.
• Prepare and present periodic financial reports, developing KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
• Drive financial planning and forecasting, analyzing variances to identify key trends and business drivers.
• Enhance financial reporting and planning frameworks to assess profitability and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate across departments to align financial insights with business operations and decision-making.
• Lead and mentor analysts to ensure tailored financial analysis for different business formats.
• Support ad-hoc financial assessments and strategic business evaluations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (MIA, MICPA, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management.
• Strong skills in planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder influence.
• Highly responsible, able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
