Job summary

Zohorecruit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Transformation to oversee day-to-day finance operations, drive ERP migration, and lead transformation programs across the group.

You will partner with IT, HR, Procurement and Operations to streamline processes, ensure IFRS reporting, and deliver accurate board-level reporting while guiding a growing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.
• 12–15 years of finance experience, ideally with cross-border exposure.
• Proven expertise in finance operations, ERP/system migration, and transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group-wide financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance activities.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness in line with international accounting standards.
• Lead finance transformation projects including ERP/system migration, automation, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Procurement, and Operations to streamline group-wide processes.
• Provide guidance and support to finance team members to strengthen execution and project delivery.
• Act as a liaison across departments to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Support the Group Accounting & Tax Director in preparing management and board-level reporting materials.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
