LENOG is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Supervisor to oversee the full accounting cycle in Labuan. You will manage GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets, ensuring accurate month-end and year-end closings and robust internal controls.

Responsibilities include reviewing journal entries, performing reconciliations, preparing schedules for management and auditors, and leading the finance team to meet deadlines. ERP optimization and process improvements are encouraged to enhance efficiency.

Formación

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years hands-on experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as AutoCount, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, financial reconciliations, and reporting.
• Leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations: GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure proper entries.
• Review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and other adjustments.
• Ensure proper reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, bank accounts, and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare and review financial schedules and supporting documentation for management and external auditors.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Finance & Accounting team; allocate responsibilities and monitor deadlines.
• Support audits and implement internal controls and SOPs for compliance.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive accounting processes and support ERP enhancements.
