Job summary

Maya Food Sdn Bhd in Kedah seeks a finance assistant to assist with company tax, audits, and finance-related matters. You will help maintain accurate records and ensure timely accounting tasks, and support admin duties as required.

The role requires a relevant accounting/finance qualification, 2–5 years experience preferred, and proficiency in Excel/Word. Experience with SQL accounting software and knowledge of Malaysian tax processes are a plus; Chinese language skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Accounting/Finance or professional certification required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with SQL accounting software is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting, tax and related finance processes.
• Responsible, meticulous and committed to completing tasks accurately.
• Able to work independently with good communication skills.
• Chinese language communication skills are preferred.
