Job summary

FOCUS TAX & SECRETARIAL CONSULTANCY is seeking an accounting professional to join our team in Malaysia. The role involves accurately recording data into the accounting system, ensuring proper filing, and verifying complete documents for audits and financial reports.

You will also handle tax calculations for businesses and individuals, with additional duties related to secretarial tasks. A 1–3 year contract is offered for a dynamic individual with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• CGPA at least 3.00 & above.
• Degree in accounting IPTA only.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is an added advantage.
• Possess a valid license & own vehicle.
• Contract 1 to 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Accurately recording data into the accounting system.
• Record and ensure the correct filling system.
• Ensure all received documents are complete.
• Preparing cooperative audit working papers and cooperative audit financial reports.
• Calculating tax for each business and individual tax.
• Do work related to secretary.
• Performing tasks related to cooperative auditing.
• Performing duties related to taxation.
• Carrying out duties related to secretary.
