Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking is required to serve Mandarin customers.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills; self-motivated and target-driven.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
• Contact customers using company-provided leads.
• Understand customers' financial needs and recommend financing solutions.
• Explain loan products and application processes clearly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers throughout the application process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Engage potential customers through social media platforms.
