JM Consultancy in Malaysia seeks a Financial Service Representative to engage clients, understand their financial goals, and provide personalised planning across wealth creation, accumulation, preservation, distribution and investments from our product portfolio.

The role offers full/part-time and internship options with full training and licensing support, plus uncapped commissions, annual bonuses, and opportunities to advance as part of a supportive, dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — we provide full training and licensing support.
• Background in sales, marketing, or banking is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin speakers are strongly preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and life priorities.
• Provide personalised financial planning advice covering Wealth Creation, Wealth Accumulation, Wealth Preservation, Wealth Distribution and Investment from our product portfolio.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients based on trust and professionalism.
• Consistently grow your client base through referrals, networking, and outreach.
