CCW INFINITE SDN BHD is seeking a Finance Assistant to help manage finances, track expenses, create budgets, and provide insights for better decisions. The role is based in Kepong with a move to Damansara Perdana 예정 by Dec26 or Jan27 and involves daily cash handling, weekly report checks, and periodic e-invoice verification.

Strong Excel and communication skills are required. The position supports bank reconciliations, reports, and data maintenance, with opportunities to learn and grow in

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Good understanding of basic finance and accounting principles.
• Good communication and basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills in finance and financial management.

Responsabilidades

• Print out cash bill for lm voucher RM25 (every day).
• Update bank transactions (3 times a week).
• Check daily sales report (2 times a week).
• Check daily collection report (2 times a week).
• E-invoice checking - SQL, EMAX, LHDN portal (weekly).
• Download merchant statements (weekly).
• Download RH B bank statements (monthly).
• Subvention fees from Pinelab (monthly).
• Issue utilities for (Eureka & SLJ) (monthly).
• Issue e-invoices for rental (WHSB, MJ, WH, Eureka, SLJ) (monthly).
• Check rental payments and issue for (WHSB, MJ, WH, Eureka, SLJ) (monthly).
• Prepare bank balance report (monthly).
• Prepare customer ageing and outstanding reports (monthly).
• Create customer data when necessary.
• Add credit limit when necessary.
• Check expired/expired buy customer data when necessary.
• Filing all documents back from outlets.
• Posting from EMAX to SQL for own outlets.
• Do bank reconciliation for own outlets.
• Liaise with auditors when necessary.
• Any additional tasks assigned by Finance Manager.
