Job summary

AGOS Asia Sdn Bhd is recruiting a senior Finance Transformation professional to lead FSSC and SSC transition projects for multinational clients in Malaysia. You will design to-be processes, implement best practices in finance functions, and manage cross-functional teams.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements, exposure to global clients, and opportunities to mentor junior consultants while delivering complex finance system implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in FSSC or Consulting.
• Experience in P2P, O2C and R2R processes.
• Experience in finance transformation projects is a plus.

Work with and be mentored by a group of consultants with deep practitioner experience as CFOs, Head of Global Finance Shared Services

Recommend process improvements and design robust to-be processes based on your understanding of Finance Best Practices

Project manage Shared Service Center (SSC) transition implementation for our multi-national clients

Evaluate technology, implement and provide business requirements to the tech team, influence and manage people, with the aim of helping our clients take their businesses into the next level

Work in a hybrid model while staying in close collaboration with the AGOS team and our customers

What You Will Be Doing - Primarily:

Project Planning & Governance

Project Management

Develop, monitor and report on implementation roadmap

Manage transition process ( knowledge transfer process, training, documentation)

Stakeholder engagement and management

Gather requirements and design KPI dashboards using Analytics tools

Job Requirements

What we would like from you:

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in FSSC or Consulting

Process knowledge and expertise in P2P (invoice processing, payment, T&E, MDM), O2C (Billing, Credit Control, Cash App, MDM), and R2R

Involvement in finance transformation project is a plus

Past experience in transitioning/migrating activities to or from a FSSC

Experience using Oracle ERP is preferred

An overarching desire to develop yourself and move ahead of others

Self-starter attitude; able to independently deliver work with minimal supervision

Agile with a can-do mindset in a fluid and fast-paced environment

Professional qualification in Accounting is an added advantage
