Job summary

AGOS Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager to join our team in Malaysia. You will lead end-to-end RFx processes, gather requirements from stakeholders and draft RfP documents to drive vendor selections.

Experience in ERP/Procurement/HR systems, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are essential. Join a fast-paced consultancy focused on digital transformation and GBS implementation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working experience as a buyer and within Procurement.
• Prior experience in managing a RfP process is a must.
• Experience in purchasing for ERP systems, Procurement Systems, HR Systems.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to negotiate contracts.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• A strong and effective presenter and communicator.
• Ability to manage different stakeholders in driving successful completion of projects.

Learn and understand Best Practice Finance, Procurement & HR processes, provide process improvements recommendations, and design robust to-be processes

Learn how to project manage Shared Service Center (SSC) transition implementation for our multi-national clients

Manage evaluation of technology and its providers, implement and provide business requirements to the tech team, influence and manage people, with the aim of helping our clients take their businesses into the next level

What You Will Be Doing - Primarily:

Lead end to end RfP process

Requirements Gathering from relevant stakeholders

Draft RfP document

Review RfPs and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

Manage Stakeholders

Project Management for Procurement Shared Services set up

Job Requirements

What we would like from you:
