Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of back-office IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
• Lead the deployment of the finance core model for a global SAP rollout, coordinating timelines, resources and stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of the finance core model across Asia and worldwide.
• Serve as liaison for aligning solution priorities with business process owners and functional heads.
• Develop strategies and communication plans to maximize solution value, adoption and user satisfaction.
• Manage delivery metrics, SLAs, and handle enhancement requests with stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure the run-phase transition proceeds smoothly.

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Consultant SAP FICO to take end-to-end ownership of key back-office IT solutions and drive the deployment of a finance core model as part of a global SAP rollout. This role is pivotal to the success of the Asia rollout, requiring deep expertise in financial processes, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. You will align delivery roadmaps with business needs, manage vendors, and ensure smooth transitions to run-phase support, with potential to work on worldwide projects.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned back-office IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining support structures and KPIs.
• Lead the deployment of the finance core model for a global SAP rollout, coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Conduct interactive workshops, including presentations, step-by-step guides, compliance training, hands-on sessions, and Q&A, to drive adoption of the finance core model across Asia and potentially worldwide.
• Serve as the primary liaison for aligning solution priorities with business process owners (BPOs) and functional heads.
• Develop strategies, initiatives, and communication plans to maximise solution value, adoption, and user satisfaction.
• Own delivery metrics, including SLAs, and manage enhancement requests by prioritising them with business stakeholders.
• Handle level 3 support escalations to ensure continuity and resolve complex issues.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure business analysts effectively address requirements from business partners and BPO networks.
• Oversee implementations impacting the solution, managing dependencies with other solutions and ensuring compliance with local regulations and financial standards.
• Ensure documentation is current and manage the transition of solutions to the run phase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to design cross-application flows and maintain process enhancements.
• Lead and manage team capacity, activities, and skill development, providing functional and SAP expertise guidance.
• Champion change management processes and support strategic decision-making for long-term solution planning.
• Conduct business relationship management to align priorities and deliver business value.
• Develop continuous improvement action plans and address recurrent incidents.
• Support AMS teams on complex topics and perform knowledge transfer to enhance their autonomy.

What You Need to Success

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FICO, higher ratio of CO over FI
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Experienced in IT best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in an international, multicultural environment, within a large IT company, and in a team-oriented and collaborative setting.
