Job summary

Hytech is a leading management consulting firm expanding its FinTech finance capabilities in Asia. The role focuses on designing data pipelines, optimizing ETL, and implementing robust financial data flows across ERP systems and multi-currency operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams in Finance, Engineering, Risk, Compliance and Legal to deliver critical projects, drive standardized workflows, and build real-time BI dashboards for cost tracking and liquidity management.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of core accounting principles within virtual asset industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields. PMP, PRINCE2, CPA or ACCA certifications are preferred.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in financial system implementation, financial products, or agile project management within large fintech organisations.
• In-depth working knowledge of configuration, data mapping and integration deployment for mainstream ERP platforms such as Oracle NetSuite.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design data pipelines and automated accounting workflows to integrate exchanges and platforms, hot/cold wallets and back-end financial ERP systems.
• Optimize ETL pipelines for on-chain and off-chain transaction data and enable auto-reconciliation for high-frequency records.
• Establish robust data permission frameworks and compliance audit logs for data integrity and traceability.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of financial initiatives across Finance, Engineering, Risk, Compliance and Legal.
• Drive cross-region rollout roadmaps and report on OKR progress and budget variances.
• Build automated financial dashboards to monitor costs, budgets and departmental expenses.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design data pipelines and automated accounting workflows to integrate exchanges and platforms, hot/cold wallets and back-end financial ERP systems
• Optimize ETL pipelines for on-chain and off-chain transaction data. Enable systematic auto-reconciliation for high-frequency transaction records, capital flows and general ledgers, and define revenue recognition and profit-loss calculations aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Establish robust data permission frameworks and compliance audit logs to guarantee financial report data integrity, traceability and idempotency validation.

Project Execution & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of critical cross-functional financial initiatives across Finance, Engineering, Risk, Compliance and Legal teams. Define project milestones, resource planning and risk mitigation plans.
• Drive version iterations for existing financial projects and execute cross-region / cross-brand rollout roadmaps.
• Build and maintain standardized project management workflows and frameworks. Report regularly on OKR progress, budget variances and key performance milestone achievements.

Business Partnership & BI Analytics

• Build automated financial dashboards using business intelligence tools to deliver real-time visual monitoring of business-line costs, budget utilization and departmental expenses.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement treasury, risk assessment and liquidity management strategies covering multi-currency and virtual-asset holdings.

Job Requirements

• Solid understanding of core accounting principles within virtual asset industries. Deep exposure to on-chain data, high-frequency transaction reconciliation, wallet administration, and settlement workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields. PMP, PRINCE2, CPA or ACCA certifications are preferred.
• 3-5+ years of hands‑on experience in financial system implementation, financial products, or agile project management within large fintech organisations.
