Lazada Group is seeking a governance-focused professional to manage key accounting decisions, drive rollout of new initiatives, and ensure smooth operation with robust controls across ventures. You will collaborate with Finance Business Partners, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement and Transport teams to align processes with the company’s logistics strategy.

With a background in accounting and 5+ years of project leadership, you will leverage SAP/SQL skills to deliver improvements,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects/implementations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple partners.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work within tight timeframes and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with SAP and SQL a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME for processes and systems in the domain area and monitor audit issues.
• Lead review of business initiatives and design processes to support success.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Oversee transition of new initiatives to Finance BPO when needed.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements including automation.
• Provide updates and training to end-users on processes, systems and tools.
