AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Manager, Finance to deliver hands-on financial planning, monthly close, and robust governance. You will own budgeting, partner with cost center owners, and ensure timely consolidation to Group Finance.

The role requires coordinating with business units, enhancing management reports, and driving process improvements with Excel and BI tools to strengthen cash flow and controls.

Qualifications

• Familiar with IFRS accrual accounting, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in financial reporting, management accounting, or budgeting.
• Experience leading annual budgeting cycles and engaging senior stakeholders and cost centre owners.
• Experience in IT services industry and multinational companies is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review financial planning, cost centre management, and stakeholder engagement deliverables.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting across all cost centres with templates, assumptions, and guidelines; consolidate into company submission.
• Coach analysts and ensure reporting quality; drive capability building within the team.
• Drive process improvements, controls, and AI/data analytics adoption (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
