Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the organisation's financial planning and analysis, develop strategies and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

The successful candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making, monitor cash flow, and mentor the finance team, contributing to the company's stability and growth.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA/CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Proven leadership to manage a finance team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Retail industry experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
