The position emphasizes accuracy, integrity, and clear communication across all levels, in a fast-paced property development context in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Professional certificate/diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in property development industry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English a must).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• High integrity, initiative, result oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Meticulous and attentive to details; communicate effectively with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare local and overseas payment vouchers in accordance with SOPP timelines.
• Review and ensure all supporting documents are complete, verified, and approved per LOA.
• Schedule and process payments promptly in line with policies and terms.
• Maintain and update the daily cashbook for all payments.
• Liaise with banks and manage related banking matters.
• Provide administrative and finance-related support to the Finance Team as needed.
