Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare local and overseas payment vouchers following SOPP timelines.
• Review and ensure all supporting documents are complete, verified, and approved per LOA.
• Schedule and process payments promptly in line with policies and payment terms.
• Maintain and update the daily cashbook for all payments.
• Liaise with banks and manage related banking matters efficiently.
• Provide administrative and finance-related support to the Finance Team as needed.
