Job summary

Stäubli is seeking a finance professional to support AR, AP and intercompany activities for Malaysia (Puchong) with SAP experience. The role reports to Finance Director/Regional Finance Business Partner and involves month-end close, cash flow, and process improvements.

You will partner with internal stakeholders across SEA, ensuring accurate financial data, credit control, and timely reporting. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential in this office-based position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SAP Finance modules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently in agile and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day bookkeeping in AP/AR and month-end closing processes.
• AR credit management, review sales orders against credit limits, release credit in SAP.
• Handle AR customer invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
• Process AP vendor invoices, matching and payments; review vendor SOA.
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations and follow-ups.
• Support audit and tax data requests to ensure timely filing.
