Job summary

SBL Healthcare SDN BHD, a growing Malaysian healthcare and nutrition company, is seeking an Account Executive to support the finance team. You will help maintain accurate records, manage cash flow, and contribute to timely financial reporting.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance and 2–3 years of accounting experience. Experience with SQL or AutoCount is a plus. Excel proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with SQL, AutoCount or similar accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer invoices and monitor collections.
• Process supplier invoices and coordinate timely payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and Procurement to ensure smooth financial processes.
