Job summary

SCM International Property Management Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an accounting professional to maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, payments and receipts, and to support daily accounting operations.

You will assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports, perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow, and liaise with vendors, clients, auditors on finance matters to ensure timely processing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare daily accounting transactions with proper documentation.
• Assist in monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and issue reminders as needed.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, auditors and internal departments on finance matters.
