Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Monitor customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and management reports.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of finance-related documents.
• Assist with audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, customers, and other relevant parties when required.
• Perform any other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.
