Job summary

OSK Property Holdings Berhad (A member of OSK Group) is seeking an accounting assistant in Kuala Lumpur to handle financial transactions, general admin duties and daily operations. The role requires solid accounting knowledge and good English/Bahasa Malaysia communication.

The candidate should be newly qualified or with practical experience, familiar with basic office software, and able to support in bank reconciliations and preparation of financial statements.

Qualifications

• LCCI qualification or equivalent.
• Computer literacy with basic office software.
• Solid accounting knowledge.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Handle financial transactions, general administrative duties and daily operations.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly transactions and reports including bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with company personnel, department personnel and bankers on accounting matters and resolve queries or problems arise and on other daily operational matters.
• Handle desktop fund transfer and ensure that there is sufficient fund to meet the daily operational requirements.
• Assist in preparation of audited financial statements.
