Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies is seeking an experienced professional in Malaysia to lead finance operations with a strong accounting and FP&A background. The role emphasizes hands-on operations and data-driven process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of total experience, at least 7 years in finance operations, and proven people-management skills. Strong Excel, VBA, SQL skills and ability to automate complex data workflows are required.

Qualifications

• Solid accounting knowledge, bachelor’s degree in accounting or related accounting experience.
• Solid Excel skill; advanced computing skills (VBA, SQL) and experience automating processes.
• Minimum 7 years of working experience; prefer finance operations experience.
