Happiest Minds Technologies seeks a hands-on Operations Specialist with a solid accounting background and FP&A exposure to lead end-to-end finance operations. The role emphasizes allocations, contracts, cost control, and timesheet administration within a dynamic tech environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of overall experience, strong Excel/automation skills (VBA/SQL), and a track record in managing teams and driving process improvements. Kuala Lumpur-based, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or accounting experience in firm/finance department.
• Advanced Excel with VBA/SQL, data analysis and automation experience.
• 5+ years experience, finance operations preferred.
• Experience in people management (5-10 years total).
• Accounting background with FP&A experience preferred.
• Hands-on Operations Specialist role and responsibilities.
• End-to-end operations: allocations, contracts, cost control, timesheets.

Description du poste

• Solid accounting knowledge: this could be a bachelor’s degree in accounting or previous working in an accounting firm or working in a finance department.
• Solid Excel skill: Preference will be given to candidates with advanced computing skills (VBA, SQL) and experience in automating processes, with experience in handling and analysing large and complex data
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, prefer to have finance operations experience
• Must have people management experience before, overall working experience to be 5-10 years.
• Must have accounting background, preferably to have FP&A experiences.
• Hands on Operations Specialist roles and responsibility.
• It is a HANDS-ON role managing end-to-end operations including allocation movements, contract lifecycle, cost control, timesheet administration
