Job summary

SPEEDHOME, a Malaysia-based fintech startup, is seeking a Junior Finance Executive to support day-to-day finance operations including rent collections, landlord payouts, refunds, deposits, and contractor payments. You will work closely with the Finance Team to ensure accurate money movement and serve as a friendly point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors on finance-related matters.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance operations.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Working knowledge of reconciliation, AR/AP, and basic month-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly finance close, reconciliation, and reporting across rent collections and payments.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately (AR/AP).
• Reconcile bank transactions and flag discrepancies to senior finance staff.
