Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a capable MIS/BI professional to maintain data warehouse solutions and deliver timely management reports to Group and business units. The role emphasizes Excel, VBA, SQL, and BI tools, with cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer Science, and brings strong analytical and communication skills to drive process improvements and planning activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer/Information Science or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MIS systems (MYFDM data warehouse and OFSA) and deliver management reports on a timely basis.
• Coordinate and handle management information requests from Group and business/support units; support planning processes.
• Participate in projects and process improvements; foster cross-functional collaboration.
