Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and reporting.
• Review balance sheet analysis and cash flow statements.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and standard reporting packs for senior management.
• Develop accounting policies and procedures.
