Job summary

AMLI MOUNTAN (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts and monthly financial reporting for development projects in Kuala Lumpur.

You will monitor project budgets, development costs, expenses, and cash flow while checking contractor and supplier invoices and progress claims. You will prepare payment vouchers with proper supporting documents, monitor bank transactions and project financing, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and the

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience in property development/construction accounting is an advantage.
• Able to handle full set accounts independently.
• Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
• Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and monthly financial reporting.
• Monitor project budgets, development costs, expenses and cash flow.

• Prepare payment vouchers and ensure proper supporting documents and approvals.
• Monitor bank transactions, project financing, collections and outstanding payments.
• Prepare budget vs. actual cost reports and highlight cost overruns.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and company secretary.
• Maintain proper filing and accurate accounting records for each development project.
• Work closely with the Development, Project and Management teams on project financial matters.
• Perform any other accounting and finance duties assigned by Management.
