Job summary

MVC Resources is seeking a Finance Business Partner to work with Business Development and Property teams on evaluating and supporting new property development opportunities. This role blends finance, commercial insight, and investment evaluation to drive key decisions and add value beyond traditional accounting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Finance, preferably within Property Development, Real Estate, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance or a related environment.
• Strong foundation in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and/or financial modelling.
• Good Excel and financial modelling skills with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Candidates with property development experience and exposure to feasibility studies will have an advantage.
• Candidates without direct feasibility experience but with strong finance fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance teams.
