Job summary

Maukerja Malaysia is seeking a finance professional to oversee financial management for development projects. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will support performance, cash flow, and reporting across the development lifecycle, with potential step-up to broader responsibilities.

The role suits an experienced Assistant Finance Manager seeking greater ownership or a Finance Manager aiming for broader exposure within property development financing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience within a property development environment.
• Strong understanding of property development accounting, development expenditure accounting and project financial reporting.
• Experience supporting residential development projects through at least one full project lifecycle.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or MICPA will be a plus.
