Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management in Kampong Tampoi, Johor seeks a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee daily finance and manufacturing costing. You’ll supervise accounting staff, prepare reports, manage cash flow, and liaise with auditors and authorities.

Requirements include a degree in accounting or ACCA/CIMA, 5+ years’ experience with at least 2 in supervision, and strong MFRS, taxation knowledge. Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia are required for China-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA/CIMA/MICPA qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Manufacturing experience, especially plastic injection moulding, is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin for China communication.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS, Malaysian taxation and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in SQL, AutoCount, SAP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee AP, AR, GL and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities.
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis.
• Handle product costing, inventory valuation and margin analysis.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS, taxation and statutory requirements.
• Supervise and guide junior finance/accounting staff.
