Job summary

Midea, a global leader in home solutions, seeks a Finance Manager (Global Program) in Kuala Lumpur with international rotation. The role starts with immersive 3-6 months training at our Global Headquarters in Foshan, China, then placements at overseas subsidiaries to support growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of commercial finance experience in a multinational company.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Globally mobile – willing to relocate to overseas subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in finance and business operations across one or more areas, including: Financial management, analysis, and reporting; Cost/expense and budget management; Fund management, accounting, and risk control.
• Perform day-to-day financial operations in assigned roles, track related projects, and propose process improvements.
• Immerse in Midea's financial operations and management culture at HQ, developing into a future international finance leader through on-the-job learning.

You'll first begin with an immersive 3-6 months on-the-job training at our Global Headquarters in Foshan, Guangdong, China. Post-training, you'll be deployed to one of Midea's overseas subsidiaries as a key member of our finance leadership team in driving growth and sustainability for Midea International's operations.

Experience & Qualifications
