Job summary

BAC Asia is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee full factory financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficient management for local manufacturing entities and overseas transactions.

The ideal candidate has a manufacturing finance background, CPA/ACCA/CMA accreditation preferred, and proven leadership to drive audit processes, cost control and data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related majors; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• Over 10 years of professional financial experience, with at least 5 years in financial management team leadership; manufacturing experience a plus.
• Proficient in SAP and Office software is preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, risk judgment, cost control and problem-solving capabilities; data sensitivity and rigorous thinking.
• Professional ethics, responsibility, strong discipline, meticulous work attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good team management, communication and cross-department coordination skills to implement financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing per local GAAP and group policies.
• Oversee cross-border tax management, including pricing, payments, tax declaration, compliance and risk control for international transactions.
• Lead cash flow management: daily cash monitoring, forecast, fund arrangement, capital analysis and liquidity optimization.
• Oversee factory finance operations: cost accounting, inventory valuation, manufacturing expenses, fixed assets, internal control.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; prepare documents, resolve findings and ensure compliance.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, standardize procedures and coach junior staff.
• Drive financial automation and AI adoption to improve accuracy and efficiency in repetitive tasks.
• Support management reporting, financial analysis, budget reviews, and provide financial insights to plant leadership.
• Continuously optimize processes, strengthen internal controls and mitigate financial and tax risks.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to assess the full set of factory financial operations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, patient and team-leading professional with solid manufacturing finance background, proficient accounting standards knowledge, cross-border tax experience, cash flow management capability, and proven internal & external audit handling experience. This role is critical to ensure accurate, complaint, and efficient financial management for local manufacturing entities and overseas related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with local GAAP and group accounting policies, ensure financial statements are accurate, standardized and timely.
• Take charge of cross-border tax management, including overseas related transaction pricing, cross-border payment tax arrangement, tax declaration, tax compliance and risk control for international business scenarios.
• Lead cash flow management, including daily cash monitoring, monthly cash forecasting, fund arrangement, capital occupancy analysis, and optimize company capital efficiency while ensuring stable liquidity.
• Fully oversee factory finance operation, including production cost accounting, inventory valuation, manufacturing expense analysis, fixed asset management, and factory financial internal control implementation.
• Responsible for internal and external audit coordination, prepare audit documents, resolve audit findings, ensure full financial compliance and stable audit results every year.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, arrange daily work, standardize working procedures, improve team efficiency, and coach junior members on professional skills and compliance awareness.
• Drive financial automation and AI application in daily financial scenarios, explore and implement intelligent financial tools, automate repetitive accounting, reconciliation and data statistics work, improve overall financial efficiency and data accuracy, and promote digital transformation of factory finance
• Support management reporting, financial analysis, budget execution review, and partner with plant leadership to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support operational decision-making.
• Continuously optimize financial processes, strengthen internal control, and prevent financial and tax risks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related majors; holding CPA, ACCA, CMA or other professional financial certificates is preferred.
• More than 10 years of professional financial working experience, with at least 5 years of financial management team management experience; industry experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Skilled in using SAP and Office software is preferred.
• Possess strong financial analysis, risk judgment, cost control and problem-solving capabilities, with sensitive data insight and rigorous logical thinking.
• Standard professional ethics, strict sense of responsibility, strong principle, careful and meticulous work attitude, able to bear work pressure.
• Good team management, communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently coordinate cross-departmental work and promote the implementation of financial systems.
• Highly detail-oriented, careful and patient with strong data sensitivity, rigorous working style and strong anti-pressure ability.
• Good communication and cross-department coordination skills, able to balance standardized financial control and business support.
• English communication capability is a must for foreign-owned factory.
