Job summary

PridePRO is assisting a globally established logistics and supply chain provider seeking an experienced Finance Manager in Malaysia to lead the finance function and deliver strong financial oversight for growth. The role entails overseeing full finance operations, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with senior management, manage a finance team, and drive internal controls and process improvements in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Professional accounting qualification is highly advantageous.
• 7–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience in a multinational logistics or fast-growing business is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee full spectrum of finance and accounting operations.
• Manage monthly/annual reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Monitor variances and provide insights to management.
• Oversee receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, and inter-company transactions.
• Ensure statutory compliance and strengthen financial controls.
• Lead annual budgeting and financial planning with management.
• Manage relationships with auditors, bankers, and authorities.
• Develop and coach the finance team and drive process improvements.
