Job summary

AG STAFFING is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee Bursa PLC-MFRS corporate finance and manufacturing across MidValley/Cheras/Kajang/TTDI. The role includes monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, consolidation, and liaison with external auditors and regulators.

You will lead management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, cost analysis, and profitability tracking. The position also strengthens internal controls, supports M&A and fundraising, and supervises the finance team to deliver

Qualifications

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with MFRS and Bursa Malaysia requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulators.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Support M&A, fundraising, and corporate restructuring activities.
• Develop internal control systems and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review management reports, variance analysis, and KPIs.
• Support business units with cost analysis, margin improvement, and profitability tracking.
• Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Strengthen and monitor internal control systems and SOPs.
• Identify financial and operational risks and mitigation measures.
