Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including AR, credit control, and financial reporting. This is an on-site position in Klang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, MIA).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably with hands-on experience in AR, credit control, collections, billing, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Receivable, collections, and billing.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance on contracts and debt recovery matters.
• Oversee the implementation and compliance of e-invoicing systems.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports; support month-end/year-end closing.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Operations, and other teams for revenue coordination.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements in finance.
