Job Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing the financial planning and analysis activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to support the company's financial health and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads.
• Track budget performance and identify variances, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Update and refine financial forecasts regularly.

Cash Flow Management

• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Optimize working capital and manage debt financing.

Internal Controls and Compliance

*Preferably with experience in the Food & Beverage industry, and familiarity with Navision and SAP is a plus.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Professional certifications (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) are highly preferred.

Experience

• 8+ years in finance, accounting, or financial operations.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience managing multi-functional finance teams is an advantage.
