Job summary

Pos Logistics Berhad is seeking a lead for the Finance Department, covering GL, AP, AR and credit, and for producing financial reports to support the operations team. The role involves preparing income statements for the Southern Region, monitoring accruals and unbilled revenue, and delivering MPI-based insights.

• Prepare income statement, provide financial information & console template for Southern Region
• Monitor & prepare Unbilled Report-Accrued Revenue & Container Deposit
• Provide Management Performance Indicator (MPI) based on financial information
• Prepare weekly P&L, forecast P&L & revenue by customer
• Cost saving – provide figure and verify for HQ
• Calculate costing / P&L simulation – for new project / new rate
• Checking & monitor GL and prepare monthly journal for closing
• Manage external audit & internal audit
• Provide & solve inter-company reconciliation if has variance
