Job summary

TNO Project Management Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial strategy, budgeting and reporting for the Group and its subsidiaries.

You will oversee consolidation, cash flow, compliance, and liaison with auditors and tax consultants to ensure accurate statements and cost control. A degree in finance/accounting with 5+ years’ leadership experience is required; professional qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in group or multi-entity financial management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, treasury, taxation, and corporate finance.
• Understanding of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, or equivalent preferred.

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Group's business objectives

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the Group and its subsidiaries

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across the Group

Review Group and subsidiary management accounts and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Oversee Group consolidation and ensure consistency of financial information across subsidiaries

Oversee Group cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax submissions (SST, income tax), audit, and other financial regulations.

Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions to ensure cost control and financial alignment.

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including management or leadership responsibilities

Experience in Group or multi-entity financial management is strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, treasury, taxation, and corporate finance

Good understanding of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements
