ParagonCorp is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Kuala Lumpur to work with Brand, Commercial, and Finance teams to deliver financial insights and support decision-making. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis to drive business performance.

You will develop financial models, evaluate proposals, and provide actionable recommendations across marketing, product, and commercial activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related fields; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and detail-oriented skills.

In this role, you will work closely with Brand, Commercial, and Finance stakeholders to provide financial insights, evaluate business initiatives, and support decision-making across marketing, product, and commercial activities. What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance, Audit, Consulting, or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities are welcome to apply.
