Job summary

Tri e Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Head of Accounts & Finance to lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance in a dynamic fulfilment and distribution group. The role requires overseeing accounting, treasury, tax, audits, and analysis while driving cash flow optimization and risk management.

The ideal candidate will manage a team, ensure statutory adherence, and collaborate with auditors, banks, and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 5 years' experience in accounting environment.
• Experienced in ERP accounting systems with strong MS Excel skills.
• Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical, quantifying skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, audits and tax returns.
• Provide monthly/quarterly financial data and analysis to management.
• Review monthly performance for cashflow projection, budget and funding planning.
• Oversee financial operations including APs, treasury, assets, inventories, taxes and management accounting.
• Ensure statutory reporting, compliance and risk management.
• Lead credit control and receivables management to improve cash flow.
• Manage banking facilities and financing costs for cashflow.
• Work with division heads on budget and cost control, monitor costs.
• Tax affairs management for the group.
• Engage with auditors, tax agents, banks, and company secretary.
