Job summary

Randstad partners with a premier real estate and hospitality investment group and seeks an ambitious Assistant Finance Manager (Contract) to join their Malaysia team. You will lead Executives and Senior Executives in the Shared Service finance function, overseeing end-to-end financial reporting for entities across Australia and Singapore.

Responsibilities include month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and driving digital transformation projects within a high-profile international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA/MIA preferred.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in financial accounting.
• Active professional qualification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and supervise finance executives and senior executives in shared services.
• Oversee end-to-end financial and management reporting for entities across Australia and Singapore.
• Coordinate month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy
