The role supervises a finance team and collaborates with project, sales, procurement, and corporate functions to ensure accurate, timely reporting and strong internal controls.

The successful candidate will oversee revenue and profit recognition for property development projects, monitor cash flow, and coordinate external audits and tax submissions

Qualifikationen

• Five years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in property development.
• Experience in monthly/year-end closing and management reporting.
• Experience with statutory compliance, audits, and taxation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise a finance team and coordinate across functions.

Aufgaben

• Financial Reporting and Month-End Closing: manage monthly/year-end close and ensure accurate reporting.
• Revenue, Cost and Profit Recognition: monitor project performance and cost allocation.
• Statutory Compliance, Audit and Taxation: coordinate audits and tax submissions.
• Cash Flow and Financial Control: monitor liquidity and controls to manage risk.
• Team Supervision and Cross-Functional Coordination: lead finance staff and liaise with other functions.
