Job summary

YAJU SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the full spectrum of financial activities. You will handle accounts receivable and payable, prepare financial reports, and coordinate budgets and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of relevant experience with JMB or similar entities, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or related professional qualification.
• 2-5 years and above in handling Management Corporation / Joint Management Body (JMB) accounts.
• Strong in analyzing accounts, knowledge in closing accounts, prepare budget and monitor expenses.
• Knowledge in using UBS, CSS, MYOB, Advelsoft is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly collection report to higher management.
• Manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting activities on a day-to-day basis.
• Assist and coordinate the preparation of budgets.
• Invoicing, payment follow up, credit control, monitor aging for clients.
• Manage clients' accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare and review clients' full set of accounts, management accounts and variance analysis reporting.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on audit and taxation matters.
• Formulate, review and implement internal controls and operating procedures.
• Ensure timely closing and submission of financial reports.
